Nationalism resonated with Republic Day celebrations, NCC parade and technical demonstration in BHU.
Jagran correspondent, Varanasi. BHU (Banaras Hindu University) seemed filled with the spirit of nationalism on the occasion of Republic Day. During the event, the youth of all three wings of NCC marched past and Vice Chancellor Professor Ajit Kumar Chaturvedi also took the salute from the stage. During this, presentations were made from various departments and BHU was also seen keeping pace with the resolve of modern India. While the technology demonstration forced people to clench their teeth, the cultural events also forced people to clap.
On the occasion of Republic Day, a major program was organized at the Amphitheater grounds of Banaras Hindu University in Varanasi. The parade of NCC cadets and cultural program presented by the students were the main attractions of the event. Vice Chancellor Ajit Kumar Chaturvedi took the salute of the march past of cadets of all three wings of NCC. Along with this, programs organized by various departments were also demonstrated.
On this occasion, the flight of model drone-aircraft gave a wonderful display of the capabilities of Indian ingenuity, leaving the audience present in awe. Cultural programs made the event even more colourful, while Mahamana's garden was seen blooming in the colors of nationalism.
Students displayed their talent and presented various dance and musical programs in the Republic Day celebrations. During this, the NCC cadets displayed their discipline and dedication in the march past, which was an inspiring sight for the spectators.
At the end of the program the Vice Chancellor appreciated all the participants and said that such events not only highlight the talent of the students but also give them the message of patriotism and unity. He inspired the students and said that they should use their knowledge and skills in the service of the country.
