Dialog Sutra, Luxor. In a dispute regarding the ridge of a farm in Ladpur Kalan village of Kotwali area, one party attacked the other party. During this period, several rounds of firing took place and a young man got injured by a bullet in his chest. He was first admitted to the hospital in critical condition. The aggrieved party has filed a report against eight people.
Abid, a resident of Jainpur Khurd of Kotwali area, has agricultural land in Ladpur Kalan village. He is having a dispute with the neighboring farmer regarding the ridge of his farm. On December 13, his family members Tamrez, Parvez and Danish had gone to plow the fields. It is alleged that in the meantime people from the other party came there and attacked them with sharp weapons.
During the attack, people from the other side also fired several rounds at them from pistols. Meanwhile, a bullet hit Parvez in the chest and he fell there. When people nearby came to the spot, the accused went away threatening to kill. Parvez was taken to Luxor hospital. The doctors referred him to Haridwar.
On information, police reached the spot and investigated. Kotwal Rajeev Rauthan said that on the basis of Gulzar's complaint, a report has been registered against the accused Sabir, Ashu, Harun resident of Halwaheri (Bahadarabad) and Muzaffar, Nazim, Asif, Farman and Mursleen of Ladpur Kalan. The case is being investigated. Police have been deployed in the village for security.
