Gurugram hotel manager arrested.

Police station Sushant Lok has registered a case against the hotel manager for hosting four foreign nationals without permission and without C-Form in Flax House Horizon One Hotel located in Sector-43. Police have seized copies of passports and visas and started investigation. On the instructions of Police Commissioner Vikas Arora, Gurugram Police has launched a special operation to curb illegal activities. Under the guidance of Deputy Commissioner of Police (East), on Sunday, Sushant Lok Police Station team checked at Flax House Horizon One Hotel located near Sector-42/43 Metro Station. During investigation, four foreign nationals were found to be staying in the hotel without C-form and necessary permissions.
The police examined the documents related to the hotel management which revealed that information about the stay of foreign nationals was not given to the police station as per rules and the C-form was also not filled. The hotel manager could not give any satisfactory answer during enquiry.
After this, a case was registered under relevant sections at Sushant Lok police station and the accused was arrested. The accused hotel manager has been identified as Jitendra Kumar, resident of Nainwalpur village in Nainital district of Uttarakhand. Police have started further investigation in the case.
