After that the youth raped her by threatening to kill her by strangulation. After that the youth left her at Sidkul Chowk and ran away.
A girl resident of Awas Vikas works in a SIDCUL company. Like everyday, the girl was waiting for the tempo on the morning of 25 January and as soon as she walked a little, suddenly car number UK 06 TA 8429 stopped at the main intersection.
Two youths in the car gave the girl a lift on the pretext of leaving the company. Then a young man sat on the back seat on the pretext of taking the luggage and accused Furkan increased the speed of the car and threatened him if he created any noise. Then he will be murdered by strangulation. After which Rahul Das, a resident of Adarsh Colony, raped the girl and ran away leaving her at Sidcul Chowk.
Within 24 hours of registering the case, the Police Station Transit Camp arrested the main accused Rahul Das, while Furkan resident Bhot Rampur UP was absconding. SOG and police were deployed to search for him. On the evening of January 27, the joint team raided and arrested Furkan, the second accused in the rape case, and presented him in the court.
