Ghaziabad: Action In Khoda Double Murder Case, Dhaba Owner Arrested; Murder Happened Due To Slapping

Dhaba Malik Dharmendra, the main accused in the double murder case in Khoda, is in police custody.

The police have arrested the main accused, the dhaba owner, in the murder of bike mechanic Shripal and factory worker Satyam, which took place during a dispute over a dhaba in Khoda police station area on the night of 30 January. Police claim that the three youths were attacked for slapping a dhaba employee during a dispute. Two lost their lives in this. Police are conducting raids to arrest four other accused named in the case.

ACP Indirapuram Abhishek Srivastava said that the accused Dhaba owner Dharmendra is originally a resident of Nagla Bajua village of Rijore police station area of ​​Etah. He was caught from Sunday Pushta. During interrogation, Dharmendra told that Satyam, Shripal and Anurag had come to his Vaishno Dhaba to have food at around 10 o'clock.

During this time, all three had a dispute with their artisan Nagesh. During this, one of the youth slapped Nagesh. After this the three youths stood in the street. ACP told that Dharmendra along with his employees got angry and after planning, they took sticks and knives from the dhaba and attacked.

During this time someone stabbed Satyam and Shripal. All three fell down drenched in blood. After this everyone closed the dhaba and ran away from the spot. On January 31, Shripal's brother Gopal had filed a case.

He had accused the Dhaba owner and its employees Nagesh, Suraj, Vishesh and Rajan of murder. He had cited delay in bringing food and Rs 50 as the reason for the dispute. ACP said that the other accused named will also be arrested soon.
