Jagran correspondent, Ghaziabad. On the occasion of Republic Day, the city and surrounding areas were completely filled with patriotism on Monday. With the first rays of the morning, the tricolor was hoisted in various residential societies and the atmosphere echoed with the national anthem.
A sense of pride, respect and unity towards the country was visible everywhere. From children to elders, everyone participated in this national festival with full enthusiasm and discipline.
Special programs were organized in the morning in many societies including Gulmohar Garden, KDP Grand Savannah, KW Srishti, VVIP Addresses, Devika Skippers, Ajnara Integrity, MCC Signature Heights, Gaur Cascades, Uninv Heights, River Heights, SG Grand and Star Rameshwaram in Rajnagar Extension.
Society residents collectively hoisted the tricolor and pledged allegiance to the Constitution. The children brought alive the importance of the freedom struggle and the Constitution through patriotic songs, dance and cultural presentations.
Similarly, Republic Day was also celebrated with enthusiasm in Siddharth Vihar's Prateek Grand City, Ganga Yamuna Hindon Apartment and Gaur Siddhartham.
Patriotic programs were also held at Landcraft Golf Link, Mahagunapuram, Wave City, Aditya World City and Jaipuria Sunrise Integrity on NH-9. At the same time, the message of pride and unity of the tricolor was clearly visible in GH-7 and Savior GreenIsle societies of Crossing Republic.
Ekta Tiranga Yatra started in Prateek Grand City
After hoisting the tricolor at Prateek Grand City Society located in Siddharth Vihar, the residents took out Tiranga Ekta Yatra. A large number of women, men and children participated in the yatra and the entire campus echoed with patriotic slogans. After the conclusion of Ekta Yatra, cultural programs were organized in the swimming pool area.
During this, children, women and PGC Social and Cultural Team of the Society gave captivating presentations on patriotic songs. At the end of the program, the participants were honored with prizes and sweets were distributed among all.

Republic Day was celebrated with enthusiasm amidst patriotic songs in Gulmohar Enclave Society located at Rakesh Marg. RWA executive members hoisted the tricolor along with officials and society residents.
After the national anthem, children and women gave cultural presentations at the function held in Central Park. RWA President Bijendra Giri highlighted the importance of the Constitution. At the end of the program, chocolates and sweets were distributed to all the children.
Tricolor hoisted in Yoga Park in Aditya World City
On the occasion of Republic Day, Republic Day was celebrated with enthusiasm and dignity at Yoga Park of Aditya World City located on NH-9.
On this occasion, members of more than 20 families from Sector-1, 2, 3 and 4 participated in the program. Dr. Shiv Kumar, President of RWA Sector-1, 2, 3 and 4, hoisted the tricolor. After the national anthem, he highlighted the importance of the Constitution and gave a message of unity and civic duties.
