Makers approve Border 3
Entertainment Desk, New Delhi. There is great news for Sunny Deol's fans. After the tremendous success of Border and Border 2, the franchise is all set for its next installment, Border 3. Producer Bhushan Kumar has recently confirmed that Border 3 has been given the green signal and it will be directed by Border 2 director Anurag Singh.

During a conversation in an interview, Bhushan Kumar talked about a different film being made with Anurag. Bhushan said, 'We are doing a joint venture (a separate film) with his company and our company. He will direct it and it will be something new. Border 3 will also be made at the right time.

The producer then confirmed that Border 3 has been given the green signal. Bhushan Kumar said, 'Obviously, this is such a big franchise. Anurag has worked very hard to recreate it. If you bring something back after almost 30 years and it is getting so much love, we will definitely take it forward'.
Border 2 is wreaking havoc at the box office
Meanwhile, Border 2 is making huge money at the box office. Border 2, directed by Anurag Singh, stars Sunny Deol in the lead role, along with Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh and Ahan Shetty. The film is produced by T-Series and Jaypee Films, carrying forward the legacy of the 1997 classic Border. The film has also received mostly good reviews.
The film has so far earned Rs 180 crore at the domestic box office, with the highest collection coming on Republic Day. On this day the film earned Rs 59 crores and with this the total collection of the film became Rs 180 crores. The film has crossed the Rs 200 crore mark and has earned Rs 239.4 crore worldwide.
