Communication partner, Jagadhri. An e-rickshaw driver died in a collision with a car near Gupta Petrol Pump in Police Station Sector-17 area. The police registered a case against the car driver and started investigation.
In the complaint given to the police, Titu Kumar, resident of Guru Teg Bahadur Colony, said that he was going on an e-rickshaw for some work on the afternoon of 20 February. As soon as Gupta reached near the petrol pump, the car driver coming at high speed in the e-rickshaw, while driving carelessly, hit Vikas's e-rickshaw.
Due to this, Vikas Kumar, resident of Laldwara Colony, who was traveling in the e-rickshaw, got seriously injured. Vikas was taken to the hospital, where he died during treatment. On receiving information, Sector-17 police handed over the body to the relatives after post-mortem and registered a case against the car driver.
