Jagran correspondent, Hajipur. There was a sensation when the body of a youth who was shot dead in a car was found on the western lane near Mahatma Gandhi Setu under Gangabridge police station area.
Passersby gathered on the news of finding the dead body. As soon as information about the incident was received, the police of Gangabridge police station reached the spot and tried to identify the body with the help of local people.
However the body could not be identified. Police sent the body to Sadar Hospital for post-mortem. Police are trying to identify the body and inform the relatives.
It has been told that the young man was shot dead and the body was kept in the car. It is suspected that the youth was shot dead and the body was kept in the car. A shell and a cartridge were found in the car. The young man is wearing black pajama and white shirt.
At present the police is busy investigating the matter. As soon as information about the incident was received, the FSL team reached the spot and collected evidence. At the same time, the police seized the car and brought it to the police station.

Local people say that the courage of the miscreants was so high that they ran away after committing the crime in broad daylight and the police were not even aware of it.
