Wayne Madsen-led Italy defeated Ireland by four wickets with three balls to spare in the third and final T20 International on Monday. Italy not only pulled off a major upset but also defeated a full member recognized by the ICC for the first time.
In the match played in Dubai, Ireland batted first and the entire team was all out for 154 runs in 19.4 overs. In reply, Italy achieved the target by losing six wickets in 19.3 overs. This match was thrilling beyond limits.
