Jagran correspondent, Dehradun. Jitendra Rawat alias Jitti, who is involved in criminal cases, has been accused by a person of threatening to kill his family. In this case, Rajpur police station has registered a case against four people including Jitendra Rawat alias Jitti.
Police station head Rajpur Pradeep Rawat said that Amardev Khanduri, resident of Merivale Estate Mussoorie, filed a complaint that his ancestral land is behind Jhadipani Shahanshahi Resort.
Sampurnanand Tyagi contacted him to buy this land. Sampurnanand Tyagi made him meet Balram Yadav and Jagat Ram Dogra. These persons assured to buy their land and after paying some amount, signed the agreement in the year 2022.
After this, the accused took him and other members of his family into confidence and got some part of the land registered in their name. They gave some checks in exchange for the amount. When he deposited these checks in his bank for payment, they started bouncing. In this regard, he talked to the accused on phone, in which all three kept hedging.
According to the victim, in the month of November 2025, Sampoornanand Tyagi, Balram Yadav and Jagat Ram Dogra called him to their house near Dhakpatti Rajpur Marg, where they misbehaved and put pressure on him, took back all the checks and flatly refused to give the money and said that if they do not transfer all their land in their name, they will kill your children.

The person who threatened, giving his name as Jitendra Rawat Jiti, said that if you do not give the land to our men, I will kill your children and family and said that my friend will come to meet you, go with him and quietly transfer all your Jharipani land in the name of Sampoornanand Tyagi, Balram Yadav and Jagat Ram Dogra without taking any money, otherwise he will get the entire family killed.
After this, this commotion increased further and the movement of some suspicious persons riding motorcycles has increased around Janak's house, due to which he and his family are quite scared. Police station head Rajpur Pradeep Rawat said that on the basis of the complaint, a case has been registered against four people including Jitendra Rawat alias Jiti.
