Jagran correspondent, Hisar. The court of Additional District and Sessions Judge Khatri Saurabh has sentenced Deepak alias Halwai, Ajay alias Manish alias Malai and Ishu, who were convicted in the murder case of Naresh Kumar, who runs a grocery shop in Umed Vihar, Camry Road, to life imprisonment.
The court has imposed a fine of Rs 60 thousand on Ishu and Rs 55 thousand each on Deepak and Manish. With the intention of robbing, all three had attacked Naresh with a sharp knife and iron rod and fled away after taking out Rs 1200 from his pocket. In this regard, the police had registered a case of murder on 15 April 2020. Mahendra Singh, 48, resident of Patel Nagar, had given a complaint to the police.
