Accused involved in brother's murder. Awakening
Samvad Sutra, Barabanki. Additional Sessions Judge Rakesh Kumar Singh I has sentenced three people, including two deceased brothers, guilty in a murder case and sentenced them to life imprisonment. Besides, a fine of Rs 2 lakh 34 thousand will be recovered on the application of the deceased's wife Kusumavati Devi. Assistant District Government Advocate Arvind Rajput said that Moti Singh of Ahiran Saraiya of Subeha had filed a case of murder of his brother Barsati on August 2, 2016, in which two other real brothers Guddar and Muthur's son Suraj had been named.
There was a rivalry going on between the brothers after they grabbed Barsati's share of land and cut trees. Barsati was attacked and injured while going to the shop in Gerawan. Barsati died three days later. The police had increased the section of murder. The police arrested the murder accused and sent them to jail.
Guddar and Suraj were out on bail for the last one and a half year, while their father Muthru was detained in jail. During the hearing in the court on February 7, Suraj had escaped from the court itself. Police caught Suraj at his in-laws house. On Wednesday, Judge Rakesh Kumar Singh sentenced Suraj, his uncle Guddar and Muthuru to life imprisonment.
