Looted And Captured The House In Hapur, Now A Case Has Been Registered On The Orders Of The Court.

Keshav Tyagi, Hapur. Kapil Tewatiya of Mahmoodpur village of Hafizpur police station area in Hapur has accused some accused of looting his house and occupying it illegally.

When the police did not take action in this case, the victim took refuge in the court. Now on the orders of the court, the police have registered a report against four named and one unknown accused. The police is investigating the case.

Complaint lodged on dial-112

In the report lodged with the police, Kapil Tewatiya of village Mahmoodpur said that on December 31, 2025, at around 1.30 pm, an acquaintance of the village informed on phone that some people were looting the belongings of his house in a truck. As soon as the information was received, the victim called dial-112 and lodged a complaint.

It is alleged that on December 15, 2025, the accused had entered the house by breaking the lock and looted household items and jewellery. Besides, the CCTV camera installed in the house was also damaged. A complaint was given in this regard at Hafizpur police station.

Despite giving written complaints on December 31 and January 1, the police station postponed the case and did not register any report. Due to which the accused have taken possession of the house and locked it, due to which the family is in panic. The victim is not able to go to his house.

In this case the victim took refuge in the court. Hafizpur police station in-charge Praveen Kumar said that a report has been registered in the case against Upendra of Manpur, Anil Kumar of Devipura, Monica owner, Kotiat owner and an unknown accused in the police station Agouta area of ​​Bulandshahr district. The police is investigating the matter If found guilty in the investigation, strict action will be taken.
