Muslim girl Tamanna alias Tulsi, who had a court marriage with Hindu youth Aman Tyagi three years ago in village Badanpur Basei of Asmoli police station area, reached the city for the first time on Saturday with Kanwar from Haridwar. Many videos of her bringing Kanwar in burqa are being circulated on the internet media.

When he entered the district border on Saturday, villagers and workers of Hindu organizations welcomed him by showering flowers. After this, under police protection, the group was taken to the camp at Manouta, where arrangements for refreshments were made.

Bajrang Dal workers also welcomed the couple. Police station in-charge Inspector Mohit Chaudhary was present at the spot along with the police force. He will perform Jalabhishek at Kshemnath Shivalaya today. The police will keep them under their surveillance at night. He will stay in his village only.
