Preparation to develop new industrial township and logistics hub.
Jagran correspondent, Ghaziabad. After the general budget, the picture of industrial development in Ghaziabad is going to change rapidly. UPCIDA and GDA are preparing to develop a new industrial township and logistics hub in the district. With the provision for this in the budget, development of new industrial townships and logistics hubs will increase investment as well as increase employment opportunities for the youth on a large scale.
GDA plans to set up new industrial township at Saidpur Dhilana village near Delhi-Meerut Expressway and Eastern Peripheral Expressway and logistics hub in Dasna, Bhojpur, Mussoorie, Modinagar and Muradnagar area. These areas are being considered suitable from connectivity point of view. The proposed industrial township will provide plots of different sizes for small, medium and large industries.
A multi-purpose building and product exhibition center is proposed here, so that local products can get national and international recognition. UPSIDA is preparing to develop an industrial hub in Niwari area of Modinagar. After permission from the government, there will be industrial development in the area along with development of industrial plots and allotment to entrepreneurs.
