Surendra Gupta, Panchayat Secretary of Bhadgaon and Dandu Panchayat of Senha block of Lohardaga district, was arrested red handed by the ACB team on Friday while taking a bribe of Rs 15,000. The Panchayat Secretary was taking bribe from Krishna Oraon, a beneficiary of the Horticulture Scheme, to generate the muster roll.
ACB had received this complaint. After which the matter was investigated by ACB. After finding truth in the allegations, the ACB team under the leadership of DSP reached Senha block office of Lohardaga district on Friday.
ACB team arrested Panchayat Secretary
Where as soon as Krishna Oraon gave Rs 15,000 as bribe to Panchayat Secretary Surendra Gupta, the ACB team caught the Panchayat Secretary. After this, the Panchayat Secretary was kept sitting in a vehicle in the block office for a long time.
The ACB team was investigating the entire matter. This action of ACB has created a stir in Senha block. People are discussing all kinds of things.
