Entertainment Desk, New Delhi. If you have missed the political drama Parashakti in theatres, now you can watch it at home. As soon as it is removed from the big screen, this film is coming on OTT platform, that too within a month or so.
Parashakti was released in theatres. It hit the big screens on January 10, 2026 and received mixed responses from audiences and critics. However, the film had a decent collection. Now it has been announced on which OTT it is coming after coming off the big screen.
When will Parashakti come on OTT?
Parashakthi starring Sivakarthikeyan, Ravi Mohan, Atharva and Sreeleela is ready for online stream. The interesting thing is that it will be released in the beginning of February only. Parashakti, directed by Sudha Kongara, will now stream online on ZEE5 from 7 February 2026.
What is the story of the film?
Set in 1959, Parashakti's story is about raising voice against fundamentalism. The story of the film revolves around Chezhiyan (Sivakarthikeyan) and Chinnadurai (Atharvaa) who are against making Hindi an official language and during this they have to face government policies and social conflicts.

Is Parashakti a hit or a flop?
There was a lot of expectation about Sivakarthikeyan's film Parashakti but it was not very successful at the box office. Reportedly made on a budget of Rs 140 crore, the film had earned just over Rs 84 crore worldwide. This film was a flop at the box office. If you did not watch it in theaters then you can watch it on OTT.
