The Meteorological Department had already issued a rainfall forecast. It started drizzling at 2 o'clock in the afternoon. After that it rained intermittently. About 12 mm rainfall occurred till evening.
Due to this, mud spread on the roads from the city to the villages. Due to which people had to face problems. Meanwhile, life became disrupted due to the icy winds. People remained troubled by the shivering of cold winds throughout the day.
Due to less difference between maximum and minimum temperatures in the district, one had to face more chill. Throughout the day people kept taking shelter here and there to escape the cold winds and rain. According to the Meteorological Department, there is a forecast of a drop in temperature this week.

According to the Agriculture Department, decrease in rainfall and temperature is beneficial for the crops. Low temperature in December is beneficial for wheat, mustard and vegetable crops. At the same time, the potato crop needs special care.
District Horticulture Officer said that due to presence of moisture in the air, the risk of fungus spreading in potatoes increases. In such a situation, take care of the crop regularly. At the same time, there is a risk of animals falling ill due to strong cold winds. Animals need to be protected from direct contact with air.
According to doctors, blood pressure and heart patients have to face problems due to low temperature and cold winds. In such a situation, there is a need to avoid direct contact with cold air. At the same time, one should avoid walking in the morning and evening due to low temperatures. Wear adequate clothes and drink lukewarm water.
