Some villagers were digging to take soil to their homes when they found the idol. This statue is broken, but it is not clear whose statue it is. Even ASI has not yet become active in this regard.

Earlier too an idol related to Jainism had emerged.

Some people of Rijor were digging the mound at 2 o'clock on Saturday afternoon. Villagers often take soil from this mound for domestic use, then a young man found the idol. Seeing this a crowd of villagers gathered. The villagers cleaned the idol and placed it in a temple there. The statue remained a subject of curiosity.

Historical wealth and possibilities of development in Kheda

Three months ago, an idol related to Jainism was also found from the same place, ASI had described it as the idol of Mahavir Swami. After this, now the second idol has emerged. Looking at this idol it seems that it belongs to the court of Gods and Goddesses. At the place where Kheda is, there was once a fort of Raja Dutt which was converted into Kheda.

ASI's Neeraj Verma says that the matter has not yet come to his notice, but we are investigating. The condition of the idol will be investigated to find out whose it is.
