More than 1.40 lakh farmer registrations in Samastipur
Samastipur has reached fourth position in the state in terms of farmer registration. With the aim of providing proper and transparent benefits of government schemes to the farmers in the district, Farmer Registry-Digital Identity Campaign of farmers is going on.
A target has been given to make IDs of 2 lakh 42 thousand 911 farmers in the district. Till Tuesday, one lakh 40 thousand 600 registrations have been done. Farmer Registry is the digital identity of farmers.
Through which farmers' Aadhaar, land details and other necessary information are recorded securely on the digital platform. With this, farmers will get direct benefits of the schemes.
The third phase will be conducted till February 6. Farmers can contact the agriculture coordinator, farmer advisor and revenue employee of the Panchayat. Also, you can register for free by visiting your nearest Common Service Center and Vasudha Center. The process of farmer registry will be completed by the CSC operator.
