The foundation stone of the semiconductor OSAT plant of India Chip Private Limited (a joint venture of HCL Group and Foxconn) is going to be laid today in the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) area of Greater Noida. This is the first such major unit in North India, in which there will be an investment of approximately Rs 3,706 crore.
