Digital Desk, New Delhi. BJP spokesperson Gaurav Bhatia launched a scathing attack on the Congress, alleging that the party's legacy is filled with historical failures, including partition, loss of Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK) and the 1984 anti-Sikh riots.

BJP spokesperson Gaurav Bhatia said in a press conference on Sunday that on the Congress's foundation day, Congress President Malikarjun Kharge was trying to highlight the achievements of the party, but he failed to accept those historical mistakes.

Bhatia said, “On the Foundation Day, Congress remote-control president Malikarjun Kharge was trying to explain the achievements of the Congress. I should say that PoJK is the legacy of the Congress Party, Partition is the legacy of the Congress Party and 1984 riots are the legacy of the Congress Party. It is the legacy of Congress to give our land to China. Malikarjun Kharge is so helpless, he only serves the fake Gandhi family, without caring for the country.

The BJP spokesperson also referred to statements made by senior Congress leaders, in which they admitted that there were internal problems within the party. Senior Congress party leaders Digvijay Singh and Shashi Tharoor admitted that there is no democracy left in the Congress party.
