ANI, Balochistan. Resentment is increasing day by day regarding people being forcibly kidnapped in Balochistan province of Pakistan. Relatives have staged a protest on the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) highway in protest against the kidnapping of four members of a family.

Traffic remained disrupted on this highway for the second day of the protest on Thursday. Baloch Yakjahti Committee (BYC) has also been running a movement in the entire Balochistan for the last five days to protest against the kidnapping of women.

Let us tell you that the police administration in Balochistan has been accused of forcibly kidnapping youth and women. Political parties say that kidnapping has now become institutionalized in Balochistan.

According to a report by media outlet, The Balochistan Post, the victim's family has blocked the road between Karki Tejaban and Heronk in Keech district. Due to this, vehicles coming from Turbat, Quetta, Panjgur, Awaran, Kolwah and Hoshap are not able to move forward.

This has caused a jam several kilometers long. Hani Dilvash, 27, who is eight months pregnant, Harnisa Putri Abdul Wahid, 17, Mujahid Dilvash, 18, and Farid Ijaz are said to have been forcibly abducted.

Relatives claim that Hani and Harnisa were abducted in an early morning raid at Hub post earlier this week, while two others were picked up from Kich district.

On Tuesday night, the Assistant Commissioner of Turbat reached the spot and talked to the agitators. However, relatives say that the kidnapped people have not been released. Until everyone is released, there will be a jam on the CPEC highway.

BYC leader Sammi Deen Baloch said that cases of kidnapping of women and girls are increasing in the province. A well-planned conspiracy is at work behind this.

Now this problem has crossed the limits. The non-recovery of Hani Dilwash and Harnisa till now shows that women are not really safe in Balochistan.

He said that due to this, there is very serious psychological pressure on the families. He alleged that the Constitution and law are being misused to carry on the cycle of repression. There is no option left for the suffering people except agitation.
