The star who was the first choice for Tere Naam was Salman Khan's best friend. He has ruled Bollywood. This actor is none other than Sanju Baba aka Sanjay Dutt. According to a report in OTT Play, Sanjay was first approached for the movie Tere Naam directed by Satish Kaushik.

It is said that Sanjay Dutt was the first choice for Tere Naam but for some reason he refused to do this film. At the same time, after Sanjay, talks were held with Ajay Devgn for this role, but here too things did not work out. When both the superstars rejected the film, Salman agreed to do the film.
