Jagran correspondent, Nautanwa. The District Level Complete Solution Day organized on Monday at Tehsil Auditorium Nautanwa became emotional when a woman complainant approached District Magistrate Santosh Kumar Sharma with her grievance related to the Prime Minister's Housing Scheme.
While narrating her grief, the woman said- Sir, tell me how should we get the house built? The woman alleged that despite being fully eligible, she has been declared ineligible under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. On which the District Magistrate gave instructions to take immediate action in the matter.
A total of 117 cases related to various departments were presented in the Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas organized in the presence of District Magistrate Santosh Kumar Sharma and Superintendent of Police Somendr Meena, out of which 23 cases were resolved on the spot.
Most of the complaints were related to Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, land disputes, illegal occupation and revenue matters. In this way, out of total 240 cases reported in all other tehsils of the district, only 33 could be disposed of. DM and SP reached the Samadhan Diwas site in Nautanwa tehsil at around 1:30 pm.
The number of complainants remained less in the morning, but as the day progressed, the crowd of complainants kept increasing. Giving strict instructions to the officers, the District Magistrate said that the tendency of postponing the cases scheduled for Tehsil Resolution Day will not be tolerated.
He clearly said that in view of the Panchayat elections, do not come under any kind of pressure and ensure fair and quality action. Taking the complaints related to Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana seriously, the District Magistrate directed the concerned Block Development Officers (BDOs) to go to the spot themselves and verify the eligibility.
He warned that if negligence or irregularity is found at any level, strict departmental action will be taken against the concerned officer. Regarding land disputes, DM formed a team and gave instructions for timely settlement.
Cases related to illegal occupation were asked to be given priority in the Police Station Resolution Day. Instructions were also given to completely ban smuggling of illegal liquor and fertilizers. In view of the cold wave, the DM directed to ensure arrangements for lighting bonfires 24 hours a day, especially paying special attention to hospitals.
The police was entrusted with the responsibility of taking people sleeping in the open to night shelters. Apart from this, instructions were also given to the border police stations to take special vigilance in view of the increase in foot traffic in the border area and to prevent child marriage.
During this, SDM Naveen Prasad, Tehsildar Karan Singh, Naib Tehsildar Saurabh Srivastava, DFO Niranjan Surve, PD Ramdarsh Chaudhary, CMO Dr. Navnath Prakash were present.
In the same sequence, a hearing was held in Sadar Tehsil under the chairmanship of Sub-District Magistrate Jitendra Kumar. Out of the total 35 cases, two cases were disposed of. During this, Tehsildar Pankaj Shahi, Naib Deshdeepak Tiwari and others were present.
According to Anandnagar correspondent, 51 cases were received in the Samadhan Divas organized in Farenda tehsil, out of which three cases were resolved on the spot. The program was presided over by SDM Shailendra Kumar Gautam. During this, Tehsildar Vashishtha Verma, Naib Tehsildar Ankit Aggarwal, CO Basant Singh were present.
According to Nichlaul correspondent, 37 complaints were registered in the Samadhan Diwas organized under the chairmanship of Chief Development Officer Mahendra Kumar Singh, out of which five cases were resolved on the spot.
SDM Siddharth Gupta, Tehsildar Amit Kumar Singh, Naib Tehsildar Piyush Jaiswal, BDO Shama Singh and other officers were present.
