11 sectors are being developed in the colony, plots will be available in the eighth sector
Booking of 518 residential plots in Sectors 4, 5, 6 and 7 was started from November 21. The lottery was held on 16 January. ADA had taken out 230 Super HIG residential plots in the township twice, out of which only 64 could be allotted through lottery. 166 plots of Super HIG have not been sold.
