A case will be registered against all the persons under BNS and other relevant sections. It is mandatory to attach the organizer's name, address, phone number and photo ID in the license application. Propose the names of minimum 10 to 15 organizers and license holders in each application.
Strict rules regarding procession
At the same time, in each procession, at least 10 percent people will have to be deployed as volunteers to control the procession, the list of whose names will have to be attached with the license application. Applications submitted without documents will be rejected. He said that the license holders themselves will be present along with the immersion procession and will keep the license with them.
Will show the license when asked by the police. Will follow the conditions given in the issued license. The license holder and his associates will be primarily responsible for the peaceful organization of the procession.
All the organizers will make adequate arrangements for peaceful organization of the procession, control mischievous elements by selecting influential workers in the procession and not allowing anti-social elements to participate in the procession.
The procession will start and end within the stipulated date and time. During immersion, the procession will be taken out only through the route marked in the license.
He said that DJ has been completely banned in Saraswati Puja and processions. If a DJ is found being used, it will be confiscated and an FIR will be registered against the DJ operator and organizer. Public display of sword, firearm, bow, arrow, stick, spear, gandasa or other weapon in the procession is illegal.
Keep a close eye on anti-social elements
There is a complete ban on display of all types of weapons. Police is continuously monitoring the fundamentalist, anti-social, communal and anti-social elements. There is complete prohibition in the state of Bihar. Legal action will be taken against creating ruckus after drinking alcohol.
