Digital Desk, New Delhi. 25th December i.e. today is the 101st birth anniversary of the country's former Prime Minister and Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee. On today's special occasion, Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid floral tributes to him at the 'Always Atal' memorial.
Prime Minister Modi described former PM Vajpayee as a politician whose conduct, dignity and unwavering commitment to the national interest set an example for Indian politics.
PM Modi paid tribute to Atal Bihari Vayapayee
On social media platform X, PM Modi wrote that Atal ji's life continues to inspire the country, and also said that leadership is determined not by position but by conduct.
While sharing a Sanskrit line, PM Modi wrote that the actions of great leaders show the path to the society, and he said that this was reflected in Vajpayee's entire public life.

Atal ji always kept the interest of the country above all: PM
Prime Minister Modi further wrote that the birth anniversary of respected Atal ji is a special opportunity for all of us to take inspiration from his life. His conduct, dignity, ideological tenacity, and determination to put the country's interest above all else are a perfect standard for Indian politics.
