After a dispute with his wife, the tempo driver committed suicide by hanging himself.
Jagran correspondent, Greater Noida. After a dispute with his wife in Surajpur Kotwali area, a tempo driver committed suicide by hanging himself. Police investigated the spot and found no suicide note. The body has been sent for postmortem.
Raja Singh, a resident of Gulistanpur area, used to support his family by driving a tempo. After a dispute with his wife, he committed suicide by hanging himself on Tuesday morning. On getting information, the relative freed him from the noose and immediately took him to the hospital. There the doctors declared him dead.
During interrogation by the police, the relative told that the husband was addicted to drinking alcohol. There used to be a dispute with his wife regarding this issue in the past also. On Tuesday morning also I heard a conversation with my wife about the same thing. Inspector in-charge Vinod Kumar said that the relative has denied any allegation and has not even given any written complaint letter. Further action will be taken on the basis of post mortem report.
