Jagran correspondent, Aligarh. The constable's car hit a tempo. Due to this the tempo overturned and the passengers sitting in it fell and got seriously injured. Among the injured, a teenager and a woman died, while a couple from their family were seriously injured. He is undergoing treatment in a private hospital.
Tempo overturned due to collision with policeman's car
The incident took place in Palimukimpur at around 9 pm on Tuesday night. Some people were drinking alcohol in the plot of Rambeti wife of Suresh Chandra, resident of Maupur Bhaupur village. When they protested, they beat up his son Ranjit and his daughter-in-law. He got injured due to this. Police reached the spot on information and took the injured to CHC Bijauli for medical treatment.
Car collided with tempo
To see the injured, Rambeti was going to Bijauli in a tempo along with his second son Surjit, daughter-in-law Manisha and 17-year-old grandson Omveer. Surjeet was driving the tempo. The car hit the tempo from the front in front of Mai Samali temple. All four were seriously injured when the tempo overturned. All four were brought to a private hospital in Quarsi area. Rambeti and Omveer died during treatment here on Wednesday morning. There was a police symbol on the car. It is said to be the car of a policeman in civil dress. Police is investigating.
