Ten Lakh Teachers Of UP Can Get The Facility Of Cashless Treatment, Decision Can Be Taken In The Cabinet Meeting Today.

UP Cabinet meeting possible today.

State Bureau, Lucknow. The state government is going to provide cashless treatment facility to the teachers of Basic and Secondary Education Department and their families. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath had announced this on Teachers' Day, September 5. This proposal may be approved in the cabinet meeting chaired by the Chief Minister on Thursday. About 10 lakh teachers, Shikshamitras, instructors and cooks will benefit from this.

A total of 29 proposals will be placed in the cabinet meeting to be held at Lok Bhawan at 11 am. The most important among these is the facility of cashless treatment of teachers. Teachers of non-government aided schools under the Secondary Education Department and teachers of self-financed secondary schools, as well as teachers working in Basic Education Council schools and schools recognized by the Council (granted and self-financed), Shikshamitras, special teachers, instructors, wardens working in Kasturba Gandhi Girls Schools, full-time and part-time teachers and teachers and cooks of the Prime Minister Nutrition Scheme and their dependent family members will get this facility.

Under the Amrit-2.0 scheme of the Urban Development Department, a proposal worth Rs 721.40 crore for the sewerage scheme of Gorakhpur and Rs 266.49 crore for laying sewer lines in Varanasi and connecting connections to houses can be approved. The Urban Development Department is also going to amend the advertisement rules. This proposal will also be put forward. A proposal to implement Uttar Pradesh Urban Redevelopment Policy will also be placed on Thursday. The government is bringing this policy for old dilapidated unsafe buildings.

Proposal to amend Uttar Pradesh City Planning and Development Rules

There is a proposal to implement a revised system of development fee as funding for the development of infrastructure facilities in urban areas and to amend the Uttar Pradesh City Planning and Development Rules. There is a proposal to designate the development authorities there as the executing agencies for the establishment of Science Park and Planetarium in Bareilly and Moradabad. UP Public Services (Relaxation of age limit and preference for CM Research Fellowship for competitive examination) rules will also be placed on Thursday. There are proposals to amend the Uttar Pradesh Civil Service (Executive Branch) Rules and the Uttar Pradesh Judicial Service Rules.

In view of the future expansion of Noida International Airport, Jewar, a proposal will also be made to acquire land. There is also a proposal to establish a new sugar mill by increasing the crushing capacity, technical upgradation and modernization of The Ganga Kisan Sahakari Sugar Mill Limited Morna of Muzaffarnagar. There will also be a proposal to provide government guarantee to Uttar Pradesh Cooperative Sugar Mills Union Limited for the arrangement of loan to be provided by UP National Cooperative Development Corporation for payment of sugarcane price in the crushing season 2025-2026.

Proposal to amend brick kiln rules also

There is also a proposal to amend the Uttar Pradesh Brick Kiln Rules. Digitization of registered deeds in the offices of Stamp and Registration Department may get the green signal. There is also a proposal by the Infrastructure and Industrial Development Department to form a Metropolitan Corporation in Noida. There is a proposal of Rs 458.50 crore for industrial water supply in the proposed PM Mitra Textile Park in Lucknow-Hardoi. Approval may be given to amend the ownership (royalty) rate of minor minerals.

There will also be a proposal to arrange land and provide infrastructure facilities to rehabilitate the displaced disaster affected families in Bahraich. Similarly, there is also a proposal for rehabilitation of Hindu Bengali families displaced from East Pakistan (Bangladesh).

351 new posts may be approved in Transport Department

Transport Department may approve 351 Assistant Motor Vehicle Inspector posts. The proposal related to increasing revenue and changing the tax structure of the transport department may also get the green signal. Cabinet approval will be taken on the already issued notification to give exemption in registration fee of electric vehicles. With faceless facility, people will not have to go to the transport office to change the date of birth in the driving license, get permission to drive in hilly areas, keep the registration number safe and for non-use information permit.
