It has been claimed in the news that contestants like Karan Mehra's ex-wife Nisha Rawal can be a part of it, while there is discussion about many other popular names too.

'The 50' is scheduled to premiere on February 1, 2026, with new episodes airing at 9 PM on Colors TV and also streaming on Jio Hotstar. Farah Khan is the host who will take the 50 contestants through various challenges, tasks and elimination rounds. The theme of the show is based on competition, strategy and survival, where the contestants have to showcase their intelligence, physical strength and social skills to survive in the game.
