Former Union Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi performing Aarti at Shiv Temple in Rathonda along with Minister of State Baldev Singh Aulakh, District Panchayat President Khayali Ram Lodhi and former MLA Jwala Prasad Gangwar. Awakening
Jagran correspondent, Rampur. On the ongoing controversy over the government's decision to make the national song Vande Mataram mandatory, former Union Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said that one whose faith is threatened by Vande Mataram, which is filled with the bravery, valor and passion of nationalism of the great heroes of independence, cannot be honest towards nationalism. Vande Mataram is not just a song but the soul of nationalism. The suicidal frenzy of criminal anarchy against the soul of the nationalist will not succeed.
If someone's honor gets endangered by singing in praise of our motherland, then he is dishonest. Naqvi was speaking at the inauguration of Rathonda Kisan Fair of Milak tehsil on Saturday. The former Union Minister inaugurated the month-long historical fair of Rathonda by cutting the ribbon on Mahashivratri. He also performed Jalabhishek at Rathonda Shiv Temple.
He said that during the freedom struggle, the Muslim League had sowed the poison of partition by opposing Vande Mataram, which disintegrated India. Now the society will have to be cautious of communal infection full of such divisive mentality. He said that the Sanskar of Sanatan is the gift of secularism.
If there was no majority Sanatan faith in India, then even the flag of secularism would have been attacked by communalism. The values, resolve and thinking of Vande Mataram have made India the Alexander of constitutional secularism and the stalwart of democracy. Where power is decided not by bullets but by ballot.
Naqvi said that after the horrors of partition, the Indian Constitution and the Pakistani Constitution were made almost at the same time. The Indian Constitution is progressing successfully under the shadow of the Sanatanis and 145 crore Indians, whereas the Constitution of the Islamic country Pakistan has become the hostage of the mint and traitor of terrorism.
On this occasion, Minister of State for Agriculture Sardar Baldev Singh Aulakh, District Panchayat President Khayali Ram Lodhi, District Cooperative Bank President Mohanlal Saini, former MLA Jwala Prasad Gangwar, Abhay Gupta, Rakesh Mishra, Block Chief Archana Gangwar, Kulwant Aulakh, Tech Chandra Gangwar, Jageshwar Dayal Dixit, Maha Singh Rajput, Bhagirath Singh Gangwar, Chandra Prakash Sharma, Rajneesh Patel, Mithilesh Singh, Mahendra. Lodhi, Omprakash Lodhi, Ajay Babu Gangwar, Sonu Lodhi, Shubhank Gangwar, Shankar Lal Gangwar etc. were present.
