Jagran Correspondent, Etah. The police has exposed the sensational four-time murder case that took place on Monday in Nagla Premi village of Kotwali area of the city. In this heinous incident, Kamal Singh, son of deceased Ganga Singh, turned out to be the accused. Police have detained Kamal Singh after interrogation, where he confessed to the crime of killing his father Ganga Singh, mother Shyama Devi, wife Ratna and daughter Jyoti.
The son himself murdered his parents, wife and daughter.
According to the police, the accused is a drug addict and due to a family dispute, he committed this horrific incident. After the incident, the police collected evidence from the spot and interrogated the accused throughout the night. The last rites of the four deceased are being performed at Bhuteshwar in the city. Kamal Singh was not brought here also. Everyone was lit by Kamal Singh's son Devansh.

Kamal Singh has an optical store in Nagla Premi located on Etah-Shikohabad Road. Apart from Kamal's cancer-stricken elderly father Ganga Singh and mother Shyama Devi, his wife Ratna, two daughters Lakshmi and Jyoti and 10-year-old son Devansh lived there. According to neighbours, younger daughter Jyoti used to work in Noida. She had an affair there. The relative explained but on Jyoti's insistence the family agreed to the marriage. The wedding date was fixed for 11th February. She had returned from Noida three days ago for wedding preparations.
Kamal left the house and went for shopping.
On Monday morning, Devansh went to school and elder daughter Lakshmi, 21, went to the optical store. Kamal left the house saying that he had to go to the market for shopping. According to the recording of the CCTV camera installed near the main gate of the house, he returned in the afternoon and went away again after about an hour. When Devansh came from school at 2:15 in the afternoon, the doors of the house were open. As soon as we entered inside, we saw blood scattered on the floor. He panicked. When he ran to his grandfather's room, he found the dead body of Ganga Singh lying on the bed. Grandma Shyama Devi was counting her last breaths on the floor next to her.
People ran away after hearing the scream of the child.
Seeing this he ran outside screaming. Said they have killed my grandparents. Neighbors arrived after seeing the child screaming. I was shocked to see the conditions inside. When we reached upstairs after seeing the condition there, the body of Kamal's wife Ratna was lying on the bed in the room. On the floor, daughter Jyoti's scarf was tied around her neck and blood was flowing from her head. As soon as the information was received, Kamal Singh and Lakshmi reached home from the optical store. Seeing Shyama Devi breathing, she was taken to the medical college, but she died before treatment.
