PTI, New Delhi. Three crore people have registered to participate in the ninth edition of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's annual examination discussion programme. Students, teachers and parents can participate in it.

According to the information given by the Ministry of Education, an online competition related to multiple choice questions is being organized on the MyGov portal between December 1 and January 11 for the selection of participants.

Students, teachers and parents from class 6th to 12th can participate in this competition. According to senior officials of the ministry, more than three crore registrations have been received to participate in this program to be organized later this month.

The eighth edition of the Pariksha Par Charcha program was telecasted on February 10 last year. The conversation was held in an innovative new format at Sunder Nursery in the national capital, in which a total of 36 students from Kendriya Vidyalayas, Navodaya Vidyalayas, Sainik Schools, Eklavya Model Residential Schools and CBSE schools from different states participated.

The edition also featured episodes covering seven different topics, covering sports, mental health, nutrition, technology, finance, creativity and positivity, including views from celebrities.

Students from 245 countries participated in the discussion program on 2025 exams, while teachers from 153 countries and parents from 149 countries also participated. This world record making event was also registered in the Guinness Book.
