Which companies will announce their quarterly results today?

New Delhi. At around 7:15 am, Gift Nifty is up 72.50 points or 0.29 percent at 25,162.50. With the strength of GIFT Nifty, a positive start is expected in the stock market. Quarterly results today - Asian Paints, Tata Consumer Products, Aditya Vision, Bikaji Foods International, CG Power and Industrial Solutions, Vodafone Idea, International Gemological Institute India, Mahindra Logistics, Marico, Motilal Oswal Financial Services, NESCO, Raymond, Spandana Spoorthi Financial, Vishal Mega Mart and WeWork India Management presented their quarterly results on January 27. Axis Bank - The bank's profit increased by 3% to ₹6,489.6 crore, compared to ₹6,303.8 crore earlier. Net interest income increased by 5% to ₹14,286.6 crore, compared to ₹13,605.9 crore earlier. Provisions and contingencies increased by 4.2% to ₹2,245.9 crore from ₹2,155.6 crore earlier.

Kotak Mahindra Bank - The bank's profit increased by 4.3% to ₹3,446.1 crore, compared to ₹3,304.8 crore earlier. Net interest income increased by 5.1% to ₹7,564.6 crore, compared to ₹7,196.3 crore earlier. Provisions and contingencies increased by 2% to ₹809.6 crore from ₹794.1 crore earlier.

UltraTech Cement - The company's profit increased by 26.8% to ₹1,729.4 crore, compared to ₹1,363.4 crore earlier. Revenue increased by 22.8% to ₹21,829.7 crore, compared to ₹17,778.8 crore.

Shyam Metalics and Energy - The company's profit increased by 0.1% to Rs 197.5 crore, whereas earlier it was Rs 197.3 crore. Revenue increased by 17.7% to Rs 4,421.5 crore, compared to Rs 3,756.3 crore earlier.

JSW Energy - The company's profit increased by 150.2% to Rs 419.9 crore, whereas earlier it was Rs 167.8 crore. Revenue increased by 67.4% to Rs 4,081.8 crore, compared to Rs 2,438.9 crore earlier.

BPCL - The company's profit increased by 88.9% to ₹7,188.4 crore, compared to ₹3,805.9 crore earlier. Revenue increased by 5.2% to ₹1.19 lakh crore, compared to ₹1.13 lakh crore earlier.

Nuvama Wealth Management - The company's profit increased by 0.8% to Rs 253.6 crore, whereas earlier it was Rs 251.7 crore. Revenue increased 6.8% to Rs 1,104.2 crore, compared to Rs 1,034.4 crore earlier.

Gandhar Oil Refinery India - The company's profit increased by 67.6% to ₹32.4 crore, whereas earlier it was ₹19.33 crore. Revenue grew 16.1% to ₹1,167.1 crore, compared to ₹1,005.3 crore.

Granules India - The company's profit increased by 27.7% to Rs 150.2 crore, compared to Rs 117.6 crore. Revenue increased 22% to Rs 1,387.9 crore, compared to Rs 1,137.7 crore earlier.

IndusInd Bank - The company's profit fell by 88.5% to ₹161.2 crore, compared to ₹1,401.3 crore. Net interest income fell 12.7% to ₹4,561.7 crore as against ₹5,228.1 crore. Provisions and contingencies increased by 19.8% to ₹2,088.6 crore from ₹1,743.6 crore earlier.

Godrej Consumer Products - The company's profit fell by 0.08% to Rs 497.9 crore, whereas earlier it was Rs 498.3 crore. Revenue increased by 8.8% to Rs 4,099.1 crore, compared to Rs 3,768.4 crore earlier.

HCL Technologies - The company has entered into an agreement to acquire Finargic Solutions Pte Ltd, a boutique wealth consulting firm headquartered in Singapore, for S$19 million. The transaction is expected to be completed by April 30, 2026.

Waaree Renewable Technologies – The company will sign a binding term sheet to acquire approximately 55 per cent stake in Associated Power Structures for Rs 1,225 crore through a primary and secondary transaction, subject to completion of due diligence and normal closing conditions.

PVR Inox - The company has monetized the entire investment made in its subsidiary, Zia Maze Private Limited (ZMPL). The company is one of India's leading premium snacking companies operating under the 4700BC brand. The company has sold it to Marico in an all-cash transaction worth Rs 226.8 crore.

Hindustan Copper - The company has been declared the preferred bidder by the Government of Madhya Pradesh in a tender for grant of mining lease and composite license.

PTC India - NTPC can become the sole promoter of PTC. The remaining three promoters—Power Finance Corporation (PFC), Power Grid Corporation of India, and NHPC—will remove their nominee directors from the board of PTC and give up their promoter rights granted under the articles of association.

South Indian Bank - United Forum of Bank Unions has called for a nationwide bank strike on January 27 for their various demands. If this strike happens, the normal functioning of the bank's branch, office and department may be affected. However, the bank's ATMs and digital channels will continue to function to meet the needs of customers.
