State Bureau, Ranchi. Congress District Presidents of various districts of Jharkhand were given a one-day training under the Organization Creation Program in New Delhi. District presidents of all the districts of Jharkhand had arrived for this program organized on Tuesday.
The objective of this program organized by the Indian National Congress under the organization creation campaign at Indira Bhawan in New Delhi was to strengthen the organizational structure and make the leadership capacity more effective.
During the program, Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge, Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi, State Congress in-charge K. Raju, State President Keshav Mahato Kamlesh etc. were present.
Chairman of Congress Media Department, Satish Pal Munjani said that during the program, detailed discussions were held on development of organizational capacity, enhancement of leadership skills and establishing strong connect with workers and public at the grassroots level.
The speakers laid special emphasis on the fact that the basis of strength of the Congress organization is grassroots workers, disciplined leadership and direct communication with public concerns. On this occasion it was said that training, communication and coordination are very important to strengthen the organization.
The Congress Party is committed to continuously empower its office-bearers and workers through such programs so that public issues can be effectively raised and democratic values can be further strengthened.
State Congress co-in-charge Siribela Prasad, Bhupendra Maravi, Legislative Party deputy leader Rajesh Kachhap and district presidents from across the country were present in the training program.
