Jagran correspondent, Firozabad. This time, students appearing for high school and intermediate examinations of UP Board will have to bring Aadhaar card along with the admit card to the examination centres. Only after seeing these two, permission will be given to enter the examination centres. The Secondary Education Council has taken this arrangement with the aim of conducting the examination in a fair manner.
Emphasis not only on physical examination but also on digital monitoring
The examination will start from 18th February. If a candidate does not have the original copy of Aadhar Card, he may face difficulty in getting admission in the centre. This time it has been decided to emphasize not only physical examination but also digital surveillance. Geo tagging of all the centers has been done, so that the location of the centers and the activities happening there can be monitored. More police force will be deployed at such centers where officials suspect duplication.
Everyone will be geo tagged to know the location of the centres.
DIOS Dhirendra Kumar said that five mobile teams have been formed to make 106 examination centers completely cheating-free and transparent. Internal mobile teams have also been formed. An internal team has been formed at each centre. There are three members in each squad. All teams include one female teacher each, so that full care can be taken to search and dignity of the girl students. The teacher of the subject for which the examination is being conducted will not be made a part of the mobile team on that day.
There will be a ban on mobile phones and calculators
Carrying any type of study material, mobile, calculator or other electronic equipment inside the examination center will be completely prohibited. For this, intensive search of students will be done at the main gate itself. Only mobile team members, invigilators or gazetted officers will be able to enter the examination hall.
