UPPSC LT Grade Exam 2025 UPPSC has banned four candidates for life for cheating and cheating.

State Bureau, Jagran, Prayagraj. UPPSC LT Grade Exam 2025 Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has taken major action on the cases of use of unfair means in the Assistant Teacher Trained Graduate Category (LT Grade) Examination-2025 of Government Secondary Schools.

UPPSC LT Grade Exam 2025 The Commission has not only excluded four candidates involved in cases like cheating, fake candidature, use of mobile phone and tampering in documents from the concerned examination, but has also permanently debarred them from participating in all future examinations and selection process conducted by the Commission.

What is the provision in such crimes?

UPPSC LT Grade Exam 2025 According to Public Service Commission Controller of Examinations Harshdev Pandey, copying, impersonation, use of prohibited material or tampering with the sanctity of the examination is a cognizable offense under the Uttar Pradesh Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act-2024. In such crimes, there is a provision of fine up to Rs 1 crore and life imprisonment.

UPPSC LT Grade Exam 2025 Four serious cases were reported during the LT Grade exam held on December 6 and 7. In the Hindi subject examination at Kailashnath Girls Inter College Center in Kanpur, another person Amar Raj Sonkar was caught appearing in the examination in place of the real candidate Santosh Kumar. Similarly, in Khalsa Girls College, Kanpur, on December 7, an Android mobile phone was recovered from Ritu Srivastava, a female candidate in the science subject examination.

UPPSC LT Grade Exam 2025 In the second case, Dilip Kumar, a resident of Saharsa, Bihar, was caught appearing in the Mathematics subject examination at Prayag Mahila Vidyapeeth Center Prayagraj on December 6 in place of the actual candidate Pravesh Kumar, against whom a case was registered in the Civil Lines police station.

More stringent action will be taken

According to the Commission, the names of the candidates found guilty in all four cases are being sent to other State Public Service Commissions including the Union Public Service Commission so that they do not contaminate the examination system anywhere else. The Controller of Examinations has warned that in future, if any candidate violates the instructions given in the Act, advertisement or admit card, more strict action will be taken against him.
