Jagran correspondent, Bareilly. There is hope that the construction of Chief Minister Abhyudaya Composite School will be completed soon in the district. Under this ambitious scheme of the state government, one school in every district is being developed by equipping it with modern facilities. A school is being prepared in Dhantia village near Jhumka intersection in Fatehganj West development block in the district.
A total of Rs 1.55 crore is being spent on the construction of the school. The responsibility of construction work has been handed over to Uttar Pradesh Jal Nigam. District Basic Education Officer Dr. Vineeta said that till now Rs 93.37 lakh has been released for the project, due to which the construction work has accelerated.
The target to complete this project has been set by 26 March 2026. According to officials, about 60 percent of the work has been completed. Efforts are being made to complete the remaining work within the stipulated time limit, so that the students of the area can soon get a better educational environment.
Modern classrooms, better drinking water system, clean toilets, play grounds and other necessary educational facilities will be provided in this composite school being developed on about one acre of land. With the completion of the school, children from nearby rural areas will benefit from quality education and they will not have to depend on distant schools.
BSA Dr. Vineeta said that the aim of the government is to provide urban level educational facilities in rural areas also. Chief Minister Abhyudaya Composite School is being considered an important step in this direction. After the completion of the construction work, this school will prove to be helpful in raising the level of education in the area to new heights.
