People created a ruckus when the dog was beaten. Awakening
Jagran correspondent, Ghaziabad. Late Tuesday night, local people created a ruckus in Balaji Enclave Colony near Govindpuram in Ghaziabad district, accusing the dog of beating it.
Alleged that a Muslim family had beaten the dog. Within some time, people from the entire colony gathered and raised slogans against that family. Police reached the spot after receiving the information and took the Muslim family safely to the police station.
Local people alleged that there is only one Muslim family in the street and that they are cruel towards animals, whereas the Muslim family said that they feed the dog daily.

Told that the dog did not eat food on Tuesday evening, they killed it with love. People turned this into a controversy. Police say that complaints have been received from both sides. At present the matter is being investigated.
