Jagran Correspondent, Etah. In broad daylight, such a bloody game was played in the house of optical store owner Kamal Singh that everything was red from top to bottom. Amidst the ongoing tension in the house due to the love marriage of the younger daughter, four members were brutally murdered.
In the room on the upper floor, the daughter was beaten with a scarf tied tightly around her neck and her head was hit with bricks, while her mother's head was crushed with bricks. His body was lying on the bed. The elderly father was hit on the head in the lower part of the house.
His dead body was lying on the bed and his mother was lying on the floor in a dying condition. He also died while being taken to the hospital. On the basis of CCTV recording, suspicion has deepened on the head of the house, Kamal Singh. The police also noticed some marks on his hands. On the basis of suspicion, the police is interrogating the son.
Kamal Singh has an optical store in Nagla Premi adjacent to the city on Etah-Shikohabad road. The house is about two hundred meters away from here. Kamal's cancer-stricken elderly father Ganga Singh and mother Shyama Devi, his wife Ratna, two daughters Lakshmi and Jyoti and 10-year-old son Devansh lived in the house.
According to neighbors, younger daughter Jyoti was in a love affair with a young man. The relative explained but on Jyoti's insistence the family agreed to the marriage. The wedding date was fixed for 11th February.

On Monday morning, Devansh went to school and elder daughter 21-year-old Lakshmi went to the optical store. Kamal left the house saying that he had to go to the market for shopping. According to the recording of the CCTV camera installed near the main gate of the house, he returned in the afternoon and went away again after about an hour.
When Devansh came from school at 2:15 in the afternoon, the doors of the house were open. As soon as we entered inside, we saw blood scattered on the floor. When he ran to his grandfather's room, he found the dead body of Ganga Singh lying on the bed.
Grandma Shyama Devi was counting her last breaths on the floor next to her. Seeing this he ran outside screaming. Neighbors arrived after seeing the child screaming. When we reached upstairs after seeing the condition there, the body of Kamal's wife Ratna was lying on the bed in the room. On the floor, daughter Jyoti's scarf was tied around her neck and blood was flowing from her head.
On receiving information about the murder of four family members in broad daylight, SSP Shyam Narayan Singh arrived with forces and forensic teams from several police stations. When the entire house was checked, no item was touched. A concrete brick stained with blood was lying outside Ganga Singh's room.
During interrogation, Kamal Singh denied having any rivalry with anyone. According to police sources, at 12.55 pm, Kamal Singh is seen entering the house from the front gate. Came out after about a quarter of an hour. Apart from this, no one entered or came out of the house.
Shortly after Kamal leaves, son Devansh comes from school. On this basis, the police's suspicion is focused on Kamal Singh only. ADG of Agra Zone Anupam Kulshrestha said that five teams have been formed to catch the killers of the businessman family. Some clues have been obtained in the investigation. Will be exposed soon.
