Dialogue Associate, Almora. Mamta Kiraula of Bhaisad village Someshwar has been selected for the World Yogasan Championship after her excellent performance in the sixth National Senior B Yogasan Championship competition.

Mamta performed excellently in the competition organized by Yogasan Bharat Sports Federation in Sangamner, Maharashtra on January 2 and qualified for the competition by winning the bronze medal. Now World Yogasana Championship will be organized in Gujarat.

Mamta is originally a resident of Bhaisad village, Someshwar, Almora (Uttarakhand). He told that he got the subtle techniques and deep understanding of Yoga from the Department of Yoga Science, Soban Singh Jeena Campus under the tutelage of Dr. Naveen Bhatt and Dr. Girish Singh Adhikari.

Mamta gave the credit of her success to her husband Dalip Singh Kiraula and coach Prashu Bhasoda. Told that Coach Bhaisoda's hard work, technical understanding and player-centric training method have played an important role in taking him to the national level. On his achievement, Vice Chancellor of SSJ University, Prof. Satpal Singh Bisht and many others have congratulated.
