Sonipat Police seized 11 Bullet bikes. Awakening
Jagran correspondent, Sonipat. Police has taken action against 11 bullet bike riders who violated the rules and made sounds like firecrackers in Sonipat. His bike has been recovered and a fine of Rs 2.55 lakh has also been imposed.
Earlier on Friday also six bikes were seized. The traffic police is continuously running a campaign in this regard. Bullet riders spread terror by making sounds like firecrackers. This not only causes noise pollution but also distracts other drivers. The traffic police has launched a campaign regarding this.
Blockades were imposed at various places in the district on Republic Day. During this time, teams in the city under the leadership of city traffic in-charge Pradeep took action against them. During this time, the bikes making sounds like firecrackers were also examined. Bikes of those who tampered with the silencer were confiscated and fine was also imposed on them.

Traffic Police Deputy Commissioner Narendra Kadian said that similar strict action will continue against those who violate traffic rules. There is an appeal to the people to follow traffic rules, adopt safe driving and cooperate in maintaining peace and order in the city.
