Jagran correspondent, Lucknow. After the 29-storey Narmada Apartment in Gomti Nagar Extension, now LDA will build a 27-storey residential apartment on Mill Road in Aishbagh. These apartments named Aishbagh Square will have 384 luxury flats of 1900 square feet area.

LDA Vice President Prathamesh Kumar has issued orders in this regard. Registration for the flats is being opened from January 29 to February 28.

The Vice President said, the connectivity and location of Aishbagh Square will be quite prime. At present, it is difficult to find such a place to meet the residential needs in the densely populated area of ​​Old Lucknow. Charbagh Railway Station, Metro Station and important markets like Naka, Alambagh and Aminabad are at a short distance from the scheme.

He told, online demand survey was conducted for apartment construction. In which the construction of the project has been approved only after getting positive results. Registration can be done only through LDA website. For this, five percent of the estimated value of the flat will have to be deposited as registration fee, which will be 2.5 percent for the reserved category. LDA Vice President said that Aishbagh Square, to be built on an area of ​​17,910 square meters, will have a total of four towers, each tower will have 27 floors. The apartments will have a total of 384 flats of three BHK and study category. Each flat will have an area of ​​approximately 1900 square feet, the price of which will start from Rs 1.11 crore. Swimming pool and parking facility for 600 vehicles.

Special Executive Officer Devansh Trivedi said, the society will have facilities like swimming pool, park, club house, kids play-area, power backup, parking of more than 600 vehicles etc. Besides, commercial shops will also be built in the campus to meet the commercial needs of the people.

The construction of Aishbagh Square is targeted to be completed in three years and possession of the flats will be given to the allottees within five years. Applicants registering for the flat will have to deposit the entire amount in 36 monthly installments after allotment.
