336 Farmers Will Get 870 Plots In Lucknow's IT City Scheme, LDA's Housing Scheme Will Be Launched On February 28.

Jagran correspondent, Lucknow. 336 farmers will get 870 plots in LDA's IT City Housing Scheme. Its SOP has been prepared and is certain to be approved in the board meeting. A decision has been taken to launch the scheme on 28th February. In this, plots will be allotted to those land owners who have given their land free of cost for the scheme under the land pooling policy. In the first phase, plots of area 35 to 288 square meters will be launched. The price of plots for the common people is proposed to be Rs 4,000 per square foot.

Development of IT City scheme is going on in an area of ​​3490 acres on Sultanpur Road. For this, land of village Bakkas, Sonai Kanjehra, Sikandarpur Amolia, Siddhpura, Parehta, Paharnagar Tikaria, Rakibabad, Mohari Khurd, Mohari Kala, Khujuli and Bhatwara of Mohanlalganj tehsil is being acquired.

As per the decision of the Authority Board, land mobilization work is being done on the basis of land pooling, land acquisition and purchase with mutual consent. LDA Vice President Prathamesh Kumar told that the land owners who will have land pooling agreements. All of them will be allotted free developed plots under the scheme through lottery.

He said, plots are being planned in Sector-15, 16, 17 and 18 of the scheme. The lottery draw will be organized in the presence of land owners in the Mercury Hall of Indira Gandhi Pratishthan. The scheme will be useful for the people due to its best road connectivity.

In this, residential plots of area 288 square meters to 35 square meters are being planned. After allotment of plots to land owners doing land pooling, registration will be opened for the general public.
