Jagran correspondent, Moradabad. The court has acquitted all the accused, including SP MLA Samarpal Singh, who was made accused during the Rail Roko movement demanding reservation for the Jat community from the Central Government. The hearing of this case was going on in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Court No. 1 of Moradabad.

Rail roko agitation was organized at the railway station in Kafurpur, Amroha, demanding reservation. On March 5, 2011, the Jat community had started an indefinite rail roko movement at Kafurpur railway station in Amroha demanding reservation.
