Jagran Sansu, Kumardungi. The increasing trade of illegal Mahua liquor in Kumardungi police station area of West Singhbhum district has broken the patience of villagers, especially women. On Wednesday, dozens of women of Chhotarayakman village got together and opened a front against illegal liquor and not only protested, but also gave a strong warning to the police administration about aggressive agitation.

The protesting women have bluntly said that if the police administration remains indifferent this time too, they will surround the police station premises and will be forced to carry out violent agitation by blocking the main road.
A written complaint has been received by the women of Chhotarayakman village against the illegal country liquor business. The police is seriously investigating the matter and will soon raid the identified locations and take necessary legal action.
