750 KM Long Highway And Support Of Rampur: Know The Land Of Which 22 Villages The Government Will Take, Big Update On Compensation

Jagran correspondent, Rampur. The Panipat-Gorakhpur highway connecting Uttar Pradesh and Haryana will pass through the border of Rampur district. This 750 km long highway will enter towards Bareilly through the villages of Swar, Tanda and Bilaspur besides Sadar tehsil of Rampur. In view of this proposed highway, land registry, buying, selling and illegal construction has been banned in the concerned villages.

The Registrar of Tehsil Swar has also issued an order in this regard. Actually, this highway will pass through 22 districts of the state including Rampur. But preparations regarding this have also been started in Rampur district. The tehsil administration has prepared a list of villages in the district. This includes five villages each of Sadar and Tanda.

Under the ambitious project of National Highway Authority of India and Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Panipat-Gorakhpur National Highway Phase-I, the process of land acquisition is proposed in 22 gram panchayats of Tehsil Swar area. In this sequence, the administration has banned land use change, sale deed registry, any type of unauthorized construction in the acquisition area with immediate effect.

According to the order of Registrar Navneet Kumar Maheshwari, there will be a complete ban on registration and registration of sale deeds in all the Gram Panchayats affected by the acquisition till further orders. The purpose of the order is to make the acquisition process transparent and smooth.

The area will benefit from the project

The construction of this national highway is expected to bring major improvement in the connectivity, trade and traffic of the Swar region. However, activities at the local level will be affected due to the ban on land related transactions during the acquisition process. The administration has clarified that the restrictions will remain in place till further orders and the concerned will be informed as soon as the further process is decided.

Ban on buying and selling of land in these villages of Swar

Swar's Madhupura, Rustamnagar Chaparra, Dhanpur near Shahdara, Shahdara Dhanpur, Milak Qazi, Samodia, Kharadiya, Azimnagar, Shivpuri, Harngala, Malhapura, Shahdara Bhot, Hardaspur Kothra, Shadinagar Hardaspur, Dhaunkpuri Tanda, Mustafabad Dhaunkpuri, Chhatarpur, Mustafabad alias Taklabad, Mohammadnagar, Mahunagar, Mirzapur, Bilaspur and Nankar villages are included.

SDM Aman Deol said that Section 80 has been implemented. Farmers and land owners of the affected villages have been appealed not to do any kind of registry, land use change or construction work. In case of violation, action will be taken as per rules.

The highway will pass through five villages each of Sadar and Tanda.

Tehsil Sadar KK Chaurasia said that Sadar villages Painda Nagar, Bagrakha, Padpura, Devarniya North, Khimoutia Bakhti are coming on the highway. Mukutpur, Lalpur, Chandrapura, Sakarthal, Pipli Nayak, Chak Gajraula, Parsupura, Allahpur villages of Tanda are said to be within the scope. Similarly, it will pass towards Bareilly via Bilaspur border.

Panipat-Gorakhpur Highway will pass through Rampur. There is information about this. Now detailed information about this will be given after receiving the order.
